My approach to public speaking and workshops is rooted in the same values that guide all my other professional endeavours: creating a workplace where people can thrive and flourish.
I am familiar with and speak about topics surrounding leadership development, psychological safety, cognitive biases, diversity, inclusion, and mental health at the modern workplace.
I speak passionately and share the latest research and relevance of these topics with my audience in an engaging manner.

Creating a Trust Culture in an Organisation
Trust is the underlying element of any strong and reliable human relationship. On average, we spend 10,400 hours working in a year. These hours should be spent with people we trust. Building on my 16 years of experience in organisational consulting both in Asia and Europe, I break down the important elements of trust, its importance and relevance in the workplace, and the surprising influence that culture can have on it.
I discuss some of the easiest ways to build – and break – trust at the workplace and why first impressions are crucial in trust building. I explore the importance of meaningful connections and their impact on the organisation’s well-being.
Developing the Modern Leader
Leadership is evolving and the pressure for leaders has never been higher. Leaders of today are expected to be therapists, economists, stand-up comedians, inspiring speakers, and creative artists: super-humans yet tasked with remaining human, accessible, humble and emotionally vulnerable.
In this topic, I delve into the many hows – “How do we adapt to the new face of leadership?”, “How do we evolve our practices to remain relevant and impactful?”, “How do we recognise our limiting habits and notions?”
